Bionicle MOC - Popaoby ~Alex-Darkrai

YAY a new MOC!
Has been a while again and it's the first 2013 MOC!

Creators Note:
I build him on one weekend, had an idea for using the dark purple parts which I got sometime last year through bricklink.
As always, I tried to realize many ideas which I had for some time now.
-> using color scheme with purple & dark purple
-> creating a gravity elemental MOC WITHOUT using the Pakari (started to annoy me, seeing it on every gravity MOC!)
-> using Kraata and Krana on a MOC
-> using Kraata as fingers (was inspired by a MOC once, but forgot about where I saw the MOC)
-> experementing with creating armor to look like cloth
-> using actual cloth parts in an inconspicuous way
-> starting with creating the limbs ahead of the torso
-> training for creating the Gringat MOC

There are some nice details about this MOC which can hardly be seen on the pictures:
- the eyes have color, I used some minifigure hand construction to create red pupils
- the arms can be bend forward despite what it may look like, there is enough room to accomplish that, took me some time to get that working
- the legs are moveable, but they're nothing special, the character isn't intended to walk much anyways

The Creation:
Popao is a religious priest. He believes that gravity itself is god. It binds everything to earth and thus is almighty and omnipresent.
He has powers to control and manipulate gravity which was given to him by his god (what he believes), because he follows his rules.
He detests everything that defies gravity, like flying creatures, especially every Toa of air.
